At present, the design and manufacture of geological drilling equipment in China has a certain strength, and the basic performance and technical level of vertical shaft coring rig are basically close to those of foreign countries. Vertical core drilling rig has a long history, and its performance has been mastered by the first-line drilling workers in China. It has the advantages of simple on-site maintenance, low power consumption in drilling construction, strong overload capacity and being beneficial to accident treatment. However, it also has some shortcomings, such as short feeding distance, frequent rod inversion, unstable start-up, mechanical core breakage or core blockage, reduced bit life, and troublesome relocation process.
(2) Domestic full hydraulic power head core drilling rig has formed a series and entered the market in batches.
During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, China's geological core drilling equipment developed rapidly. More than a dozen domestic manufacturers have carried out a new round of research and development of all-hydraulic power head core drilling rig and serialized production of traditional vertical drilling rig, which has promoted the modernization, serialization and specialization of geological core drilling rig, supporting equipment and drill pipe drilling tools. The fully hydraulic power head core drilling rigs successfully developed in China are: YDX-4 and YDX-5 developed by the Institute of Exploration Technology of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences; CSD500, CSD 1300, CSD 1800 developed by Beijing Tianhe Zhongbang Exploration Technology Co., Ltd., and XD-5 and XD-6 developed by CSD3000 Shandong Geological Exploration Machinery Factory; HYDX series developed by Lianyungang Huanghai Machinery Co., Ltd.; HCDU-5, HCDU-6 and HCDF-6 developed by China Geological Equipment Corporation. In addition, Lianyungang Huanghai Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhangjiakou Zhongdi Equipment Prospecting Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Tian Ming Machinery Group, Shandong Prospecting Machinery Factory, Beijing Prospecting Machinery Factory, Hubei Black Cyclone Engineering Machinery Development Co., Ltd. and other enterprises have successively developed their own series of fully hydraulic core drills.
(3) Intelligent drilling parameter monitoring and remote wireless transmission system.
Intelligent drilling parameter monitoring and remote wireless transmission system mainly includes drilling parameter data acquisition system, downhole working condition identification, data processing software, drilling site database management, LAN data sharing, remote data transmission and other technologies. The system has been applied in the key project "Key Technology and Equipment of 2000-meter Deep-hole Geological Core Drilling" of the National "863 Plan" and achieved good results.
