China Petroleum Network News: Energy industry is the leading industry of regional development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In recent years, Inner Mongolia has actively adjusted the structure of coal-based energy industry, optimized the layout of energy industry, continuously improved the position of Inner Mongolia in the national energy production, accelerated the development of four major industries of coal, electricity, natural gas and new energy, and strived to build the largest energy base in China.
In 2004, the total output of coal in Inner Mongolia ranked second in China, second only to Shanxi Province. In the future, in terms of coal industry, Inner Mongolia will speed up the construction of seven coal bases, namely Hulunbeier, Huobaiping (Huolinhe, Bai Yinhua and Pingzhuang), Shengli, Zhungeer, Dongsheng, Wuhai and Gulaben, so that the coal output of the whole region will reach 2 billion tons 20 10/0. Coal liquefaction and other coal chemical conversion reached 30 million tons. By 20 10, four 50-million-ton coal enterprises and two 100-million-ton coal enterprises will be cultivated.
In terms of power construction, we will build a number of large pit-mouth, intersection power stations and power stations in the east, middle and west, and strive to achieve an installed capacity of 60 million kilowatts in the whole region by 20 10. Taking North China and Northeast China as the main delivery channels, more than 10 delivery channels have been formed, realizing large-scale networking in the whole region, and the capacity of "power transmission from west to east" exceeds 40 million kilowatts.
In terms of natural gas construction, Ordos has built three gas fields, Sulige, Wushen and Daniudi, with a volume of over 654.38 billion cubic meters. Accelerate the construction of natural gas pipelines, focusing on Wuhai, He Lin and Jining projects, and increase the proportion of natural gas in energy consumption. By 20 10, the natural gas output in the whole region will reach 7.2 billion cubic meters.
In addition, Inner Mongolia has made every effort to build a new energy industry and form a new energy industry system based on the development and utilization of wind energy, solar energy and biomass energy. From the power grid to the border areas, we will expand the existing five wind farms in Phaeton Silla, Zhu Rihe, Shangdu, Xilinhot and Dali, and build a large number of large and medium-sized wind farms. By 20 10, the total installed capacity of wind power will reach 5 million kilowatts. Construction of 6,543,800 kW solar power station in the Gobi Desert, using biomass energy to solve the energy consumption problem in the vast agricultural and pastoral areas.
Ji Lian, vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, said that from the perspective of energy structure, Inner Mongolia has obvious advantages in terms of total resources, production capacity and varieties. At present, the coal output accounts for about 8.8% of the whole country, and it is expected to reach 15% in 2065 and 438+00% and 20% in 2020. The proven oil reserves in Hailaer Basin are 650 million tons, and the proven natural gas reserves in Ordos are 790 billion cubic meters, which will be further developed and utilized in the next 20 years, and the share of the oil and gas industry in the autonomous region in the whole country will be further improved. By 20 10, the proportion of energy industry in the total industrial output value of the autonomous region will reach 50%, and by 2020 it will reach 60%, which will truly become the pillar industry of the economic development of the autonomous region and the "power engine" of the whole country.
