Prospectus of listed companies:

The cover of the prospectus shall contain the following items:

(1) the name of the issuer and the domicile of the company;

(two) the words prospectus, the manuscript submitted to the CSRC for examination, must be marked with the words "draft";

(3) State the types of shares to be issued, such as domestic listed common shares, preferred shares or foreign-funded shares; If warrants are issued at the same time, the ratio of warrants to shares must also be specified.

(four) important tips must be listed in accordance with the provisions of Annex I of this standard;

(5) circulation, par value per share, issue price per share, issue fee and raised funds. Where shares are issued by online bidding, the reserve price shall be indicated;

(6) the mode and duration of issuance;

(7) The stock exchange to be listed;

(8) the lead underwriter;

(9) referees;

(10) Date of signing.

The prospectus must be made of 209×295 mm paper (equivalent to A4 paper), and the cover must be light-colored, and there must be no other patterns except the issuer's logo.
