Who wrote the inscription for Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel?

Inscription by Yang Haibo, Secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. It is to commend the efforts to promote the development of Qingdao, and also to show that the party and the government attach importance to the opening of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel and bring confidence to development. Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel was contracted by China Southern United Group Co., Ltd., and the new 6.5km tunnel was officially opened to traffic on July 25th, 2020.
