2. Submit the materials required to register the Nigerian trademark;
3, divided into two kinds of review.
(1). Formal review: After submitting the application, it is necessary to review the legality of the submitted application documents, trademark drawings, power of attorney and other documents. If it meets the requirements, the date and number of application shall be granted;
(2) substantive examination: when examining Nigeria's trademark application, the Inline Bureau only examines its registrability, also known as absolute reasons, and does not examine relative reasons, that is, it will not invoke prior rights to reject the application;
4. The trademark that has passed the examination will enter the announcement period, which lasts for 3 months, and anyone can raise an objection to the trademark.
5. During the announcement period, the trademark without objection or without objection shall be approved and registered, and a registration certificate shall be issued.
