Job description:
1. Support services for new products and products in production. As the source of product technical support, PSE is responsible for determining product support strategies, maintenance tools, maintenance parts, disassembly and replacement processes and field testing procedures.
2. Review the daily troubleshooting of products and provide technical support.
3. Follow up and coordinate the service communication between product development and customer service departments.
4. Report customer complaints and technical problems, and provide FCO and level 3 technical support solutions to the on-site support department when necessary.
5. Provide product technical support training for global customers.
6. Evaluate the existing product support and training plans, and formulate product delisting plans and service training plans.
7. Summarize customer feedback and complaints, and evaluate product quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
