The project was acquired by Wharf Harbor Enterprise and Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Real Estate Co., Ltd. for a total price of 3.073 billion yuan on October 9, 2007. The harbor enterprise and Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Real Estate Co., Ltd. accounted for 80% and 20% of the equity of the joint venture company respectively. After the project is completed, about 84% of the area will be developed into residential properties for sale, and the remaining area will be used for holding investment.
