Dalian polytechnic university College of Arts and Information Engineering is an independent college of ordinary universities, which was formally established in June 2002 with the approval of the Ministry of Education and People's Republic of China. It is a new general undergraduate college in dalian polytechnic university under the new system and mechanism. It is jointly organized by dalian polytechnic university and Jinzhou Jinhe Investment Management Co., Ltd. It is a full-time school.
