Abstract: This paper first expounds the financial information disclosure of listed companies. Secondly, the statements of Huizhou TCL Group Co., Ltd. are analyzed. Then, DuPont used the ability analysis method to analyze the comprehensive financial situation; Finally, using financial statements to analyze the results and put forward the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
