The difference between a group and a joint-stock company is: 1. Different qualifications: the joint-stock company is an independent legal person and has the qualification of enterprise legal person. The group does not have the qualification of enterprise legal person; 2. Different operation modes: the group is large in scale and can use the resources of several limited companies. Joint-stock companies operate independently as long as they meet the annual budget; 3.
