Shenyang brilliance jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as brilliance jinbei) and Shenyang Jinbei Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinbei Vehicle) are two independent legal person enterprises, both of which are subordinate vehicle manufacturing enterprises of Jinbei Co., Ltd., located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and are one of the four production bases of Brilliance Automobile.
Brilliance jinbei is mainly engaged in passenger car manufacturing, and its products include Jinbei Sea Lion, Grace Bus and zhonghua car (the car business has been transferred to Brilliance Group); Jinbei vehicles are mainly engaged in truck manufacturing, and the products are Jinbei light trucks.
