All banking regulatory bureaus shall, according to the development of trust companies within their jurisdiction, adopt the principle of "differentiated treatment and classified guidance", strengthen supervision and guidance, and urge trust companies to improve their corporate governance structure.
Trust companies should improve the corporate governance structure according to the actual situation of the company, improve the effectiveness of corporate governance, and revise the articles of association before June 5438+February 3 1 2007 in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of these guidelines.
