Consequences of not holding a certificate
According to the Interim Provisions of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Internet Culture and the provisions of the State Council, the Internet cultural products provided by operating Internet cultural enterprises or those imported without the permission of the Ministry of Culture shall be terminated by the cultural administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level or the administrative law enforcement agency of the cultural market, the illegal income shall be confiscated, and a fine of 6,543,800 yuan to 30,000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend production for rectification until the network culture business license is obtained; Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
