Brief introduction of Nanjing construction engineering trading center

The center was formally established in August, 1995, with an existing building area of about 3,544 square meters. It has advanced and fully functional engineering trading facilities, including six functional areas: information release area, network service area, bidding registration area, bid opening area, closed bid evaluation area and monitoring room. It also established a voice notification system for bid evaluation experts, a fingerprint sign-in identification system for bid evaluation experts, a mobile phone communication control system, an audio and video monitoring system and a reply intercom system. There are five departments and one room under the center, namely, Transaction I, Transaction II, Information Department, R&D Department, Finance Department and Office, and there are three sub-centers in Jiangning, Pukou and Liuhe. One of the main functions of the center is information release, which is mainly to release the information of engineering trading activities such as bidding announcement and bidding announcement, and to provide data query of enterprises and professionals; The second is to provide places, mainly for all parties in the market to provide bidding, bid opening, bid evaluation, calibration, project contract signing and other trading activities; The third is to provide extraction and related services for expert judges; The fourth is to provide on-site service for bid opening and evaluation; The fifth is to provide business and archival services related to engineering transactions.

The trading center has three departments, namely, comprehensive department, information department, marketing department and office, and three sub-centers in Jiangning, Pukou and Liuhe.
