During his tenure at Monsanto, he led the team to successfully promote roundup-resistant herbicides and transgenic insect-resistant cotton in China. During his pioneering work in DuPont, he successfully popularized the concept of value marketing and the planting method of single seed sowing in China, which changed the traditional farming method in China. The compound growth rate of sales exceeded 100% for six consecutive years, and the net profit rate exceeded 50%, and it won the cheung kong graduate school of business Marketing Model Innovation Award in 2008.
