How do Beijing trust companies generally enter? I majored in finance. I graduated less than a year ago. Now I want to find a trust company in Beijing. I can have a bachelor's degree.

This is very difficult. I personally work in the trust and fund industry. To tell the truth, I have been engaged in the trust industry for some time. Basically, I started as a graduate student, and some doctoral students have bachelor's degrees. You can't get in unless you are particularly capable. Moreover, trust companies now have few personnel and high wages, so they are particularly strict with their ability. Now the financial market is not very good, and most trust industry projects are partially postponed. In order to enhance liquidity, they may be reduced and you don't have your own resources, it is too difficult to get a bachelor's degree, or you have fund work experience and serve high-net-worth customers. Unless you are a trust company with a lower ranking, you can't get in, and the financial industry you are engaged in can't have financial mistakes. For example, if you are a fund, you can't enter the trust industry, because most of the trusts are wholly-owned or major shareholders of the national government, and there will be many investigations. Moreover, there are only 68 trusts in China now, and the number will not increase in the future. The circle is small, so you'd better be careful. Don't go to big trusts at once, such as CITIC Trust and Ping An Trust. If it is not successful, other trust companies will hardly want it. After all, no one wants what others don't want. It doesn't sound good, but it's true.
