1On September 29th, 1994, with the approval of China International Trust and Investment Corporation and registration with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Beijing Guoan Industrial Development Corporation was officially renamed as "citic guoan Corporation", and its registered capital increased to 200 million yuan. The company is a direct subsidiary of CITIC Company.
1September 29, 1999, approved by China International Trust and Investment Company, registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and citic guoan Head Office was officially renamed as "CITIC Guoan Group Company".
