Introduction of New Guangdong-Zhejiang Pipeline Project

China Petrochemical Xinjiang Coal-to-Natural Gas Pipeline Project (New Guangdong-Zhejiang Pipeline) is a large-scale energy project approved by the state. According to the EIA announcement issued by New Guangdong-Zhejiang Pipeline Project Company, the new Guangdong-Zhejiang pipeline includes one trunk line and five branch lines, with an annual gas transmission capacity of 30 billion cubic meters. The trunk line starts from the first station in Yining, Xinjiang, and ends at the terminal station in Shaoguan, Guangdong, passing through six provinces (regions) of Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Henan, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong and Guangxi 13. Branch lines include Zhundong, Nanjiang, Yulu, Jiangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang and Guangxi. There are 58 process stations in this project, including 23 compressor stations.

According to the plan, the total investment of the 8,280-kilometer new Guangdong-Zhejiang pipeline will reach 654.38+059 billion yuan, which greatly exceeds the total length and total investment of the Third West-East Gas Pipeline, which has just been fully started recently. The new Guangdong-Zhejiang pipeline is required to be completed during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period to keep up with the growth of natural gas consumption.

The total length of the newly-built Guangdong-Zhejiang pipeline with a total investment of more than120 billion yuan is estimated to be 7373 kilometers, with gas storage and LNG emergency peak shaving station. The target markets are Xinjiang, Gansu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Guangxi 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

In order to realize gas source, Sinopec will build a 20 billion cubic meter coal-to-gas project in Xinjiang. According to the purchase and sale agreements signed by Sinopec and other parties, the coal-to-gas projects of Huaneng, Huadian, Guodian, China Power Investment, Henan Coal Chemical, Xuzhou Mining, Wanxiang Holdings, Guanghui Energy and Xinjiang Lijing Coal will also provide 40 billion cubic meters of natural gas for the pipeline every year.

Jiangxi section of Jiangxi-Fujian-Zhejiang trunk line

China Petrochemical Xinjiang Coal-to-Natural Gas Export Pipeline Project (New Guangdong-Zhejiang Pipeline) is divided into Jiangxi-Zhejiang Section and Jiangxi-Fujian Section. The total length of the pipeline is about 75 1km, with 8 stations and 30 valve chambers. The macro trend of Jiangxi-Zhejiang section is Pingxiang-Yichun-Xinyu-Fuzhou-yingtan-Shangrao. The total length of the pipeline is about 58 1 km, with 7 stations and 23 valve chambers. The macroscopic trend of Jiangxi section is Linchuan-Cheng Nan-Lichuan, with a total length of 170 km, with 1 station and 7 valve chambers. Jiangxi-Fujian trunk line (Jiangxi section) * * * involves 6 divided cities and 23 counties (cities, districts), involving permanent land acquisition of 36.32 hectares and temporary land occupation of 169 1.47 hectares.

The investment of the Jiangxi-Fujian-Zhejiang branch line project is about 654.38+02.464 billion yuan, which was undertaken by China Petrochemical Xinjiang Coal-to-Natural Gas Export Pipeline Co., Ltd.
