At present, two standardized factories with 6,543,800 square meters are under active construction, focusing on introducing electronics and software industries and their upstream supporting enterprises, taking into account cultural creativity, tourism product manufacturing and its upstream supporting enterprises, health food industry and its upstream supporting enterprises, and taking into account Chinese patent medicine manufacturing and its upstream supporting enterprises. The "six vertical and five horizontal" skeleton road network has been built in the park, forming a project carrying capacity of 6.6 square kilometers.
Chengdu's natural hydropower reserves rank first in all districts and counties. Zipingpu Hydropower Station, located in Dujiangyan City, is a landmark project of western development. Now there are 6/kloc-0 hydropower stations in the city with an installed capacity of 920,000 kilowatts. The city's natural gas is supplied by Sinopec and PetroChina, with a daily gas supply capacity of 300,000 cubic meters, and there is a gas distribution station in the application product manufacturing area. The daily water supply scale of Dujiangyan Water Supply Company is 300,000 cubic meters, which fully meets the water demand of production enterprises in the region. It has a sewage treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 80,000 tons to solve the pollution problem of production enterprises. Around Dujiangyan Economic Development Zone in Sichuan, there are more than 20 universities including Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Chengdu Neusoft College, which train more than 20,000 professionals every year. Chengdu Neusoft University, Sichuan Agricultural University, Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Water Conservancy, Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce, Dujiangyan Vocational and Technical College and other institutions can provide enterprises with order-based talent training programs to solve the talent problem of enterprises.
