What is a "company account"?

A company account, also known as a company bank settlement account, refers to an account opened in a bank in the name of the company.

1, basic deposit account

A bank account opened by a depositor for daily transfer settlement and cash receipt and payment. According to the regulations, a unit can only open a basic deposit account in one bank, and depositors can only withdraw cash such as wages and bonuses through basic account.

2. General deposit account

A bank account opened by a depositor in a financial institution other than the Bank of basic deposit account for loan or other settlement needs can be used for transfer settlement and cash deposit, but cash cannot be withdrawn.

3. Special deposit account

A bank account opened by a depositor in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and rules to manage and use its special funds. The special deposit account is used to handle the receipt and payment of special funds, and cash withdrawal is allowed, but it must be approved.

4. Temporary deposit account

A bank account opened by a depositor for temporary needs and use in a specific period of time. This course is used to handle the receipt and payment of funds generated by temporary institutions and depositors' temporary business activities. Withdrawing cash from a temporary deposit account shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on cash management.
