The transfer of creditor's rights is a kind of punishment, which must meet the effective conditions of civil acts. If the subject of creditor's rights transfer is inappropriate, the parties' expression of will is untrue, and the signed creditor's rights transfer contract is invalid. Therefore, the transfer of creditor's rights is conditional on a valid creditor's rights transfer agreement.

Due to the particularity of creditor's rights, the law stipulates that creditor's rights cannot be transferred.
(4) There must be a notice of transfer. Without notice, the assignment is invalid to the debtor.
