"China Tax Collection and Management Information System" is the crystallization of nearly 18 years' experience and wisdom of China Information in the tax field. It is the only tax collection and management application software in China that is developed in full accordance with the business rules of tax collection and management issued by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), and can track its update process in time. At this point, CTAIS has formed a relatively complete tax collection and management solution, providing two versions based on two-tier and three-tier architecture, involving three levels of core collection and management, management monitoring and decision-making, and peripheral application, covering three levels of tax institutions: grassroots, municipal bureau and provincial bureau.
In 200 1 year, "Development and Improvement of China Tax Collection and Management Information System" was listed as the first major project of "Knowledge Innovation Project" of Chinese Academy of Sciences, which was hosted by enterprises and was the only application-oriented project. Through the implementation of this innovative project, Shenzhou Information has continuously made new achievements in "large-scale promotion and version upgrade of CTAIS, overall framework development of new generation tax collection and management software, design and development of new generation tax collection and management software", and the performance and productization degree of the software have been significantly improved. The new generation of tax collection and management software has made innovative achievements in "multi-level, open system architecture with tax business as the core (based on J2EE and component development)", "flexible management and dynamic reorganization of business processes" and "methodology research on the realization of super-large information systems", and won the first prize of the first excellent software component selection in Beijing and the copyright of the new generation of tax collection and management software.
At present, CTAIS has been successfully launched in most provinces and cities in China, and the tax revenue involved accounts for about 70% of the national tax revenue. Whether in coastal open cities (such as Shenzhen), super-large municipalities directly under the Central Government (such as Beijing), medium-level provinces (such as Anhui) or economically underdeveloped northwest provinces (such as Xinjiang), CTAIS can tailor comprehensive tax information solutions according to the differences in economic base, information construction base and management requirements, thus enabling China information to obtain a wide range of taxes.
With its advanced technical level and excellent software system, CTAIS has been recommended by China Software Industry Association as the annual excellent software product in China for two consecutive years, and won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award.
