Guangzhou Bulletin 1 1 Public servants were punished for two major safety accidents.
The Information Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government held a press conference yesterday, and Liang, director of Guangzhou Safety Supervision Bureau, announced to the media the situation of safety production in Guangzhou in the first half of 2008. Accident Review: On March 3rd 15: 30, a large truck exploded while unloading friction toys, fireworks and firecrackers at Nangang Car Wash Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway in Lilian Street, Huangpu District, causing a fire. The responsible company was fined or its business license was revoked.
After investigation and verification, Liuyang Wei Long Fireworks Trading Company, Shenzhen Purdue International Freight Forwarding Company and other enterprises have been mainly responsible for the accident, and have been banned and their business licenses revoked by the local administrative department for industry and commerce according to law.
Enterprises such as Pingbo Fireworks Factory in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, Container Transportation Branch of Shenzhou Automobile Trading Company in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, Haifeng Transportation Service Department of Guangzhou Economic Development Zone, and Yongzhou Intermodal Transport Co., Ltd. in Hunan Province have important responsibilities or management responsibilities for this accident, and have been given administrative fines or revoked safety production licenses by relevant departments.
The Supervision Bureau said that the location of the relevant accident belongs to the management of Guangzhou Government Service Economic Industry Co., Ltd. under the general office of the municipal government. The investigation found that on September 23, 2007, a "September 23" fire accident occurred in the same place, causing huge economic losses. After verification, the municipal government service company is responsible for the management of the two accidents. At the same time, the general office of the municipal government, as the competent department of the municipal government service company, has poor supervision and management and is responsible for the supervision of the explosion accident.

At the same time, Huangpu District, as the local government of two accidents, has the problems of poor supervision and inadequate preventive measures. The safety production supervisor of the District Safety Supervision Bureau in Lilian Street and the community police of Lilian Street Police Station are responsible for supervision. Based on this, the Supervision Bureau issued a supervision proposal to the general office of the municipal government and the Huangpu District Government, and put forward punishment suggestions to seven responsible persons, namely Li Shitong, director of the administrative department of the general office of the municipal government, Lai, general manager of the municipal organ service company, Chen Hanquan and Fu Kangxi, deputy general managers, Tan and He Xiaodi, policemen of Lilian Street Police Station in Huangpu District, and Wen Xiangyang, safety supervisor of Huangpu District Safety Supervision Bureau. Among them, Li Shitong was given administrative demerit and He Xiaodi was given administrative warning. The procuratorial organ is investigating the criminal responsibility of the other five responsible persons, and will give corresponding disciplinary action after being dealt with by the judicial organ.
Guangzhou Construction Committee reported several recent construction safety accidents.
1.On May 3rd, a municipal engineering project in Renhe Town, Guangzhou damaged the white line of Baiyun International Airport 1 10kv high-voltage human body during physical drilling, resulting in short-circuit failure, resulting in power failure of the high-voltage power supply line of Baiyun International Airport 1 10kv, without causing any casualties.
2. On May 7th, during the tower crane construction of a residential building project in Fengyuan Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou, the boom connector was broken, which caused the boom to collapse, endangering the surrounding residential buildings, and led to the evacuation of 12 households in the dangerous area, without causing any casualties.
3. On May 7th, a factory building was illegally built in Shapu Town, Zengcheng City. During the concrete pouring of the floating platform outside the 7-story building, the floating platform broke and collapsed, and two construction workers fell with it, resulting in two deaths.
4. On May 8th, at the construction site of Huangpu Bridge Project on the Pearl River in Hualong Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou (provincial traffic project), seven workers were carrying out hanging basket operations on the bridge deck 70 meters above the river, and the hanging basket suddenly collapsed and fell, and four people fell into the water, resulting in 1 death, 1 injury and two missing.
On May 6th, an old factory building in Longgang District, Shenzhen collapsed during the demolition process, and seven workers were buried. After full rescue, all the trapped people were rescued. Two people died of injuries, 1 person was seriously injured and four people were injured.
6. On May 7th, in a closed timber factory in Tang Zhong Town, Dongguan City, seven workers were dismantling the balcony on the second floor of an office building, and the balcony suddenly partially collapsed and fell, and seven people fell with it, resulting in two deaths, three serious injuries and two injuries.
