The company was formerly known as Guangdong Yunshan Automobile Factory (No.7431Factory of China People's Liberation Army). In order to implement the decision of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and provincial government to support the industrial transfer in the Pearl River Delta, promote the economic development in mountainous areas, and implement the decision of restructuring military enterprises, the provincial development and reform commission approved the name change and relocation by document No. [2006]82 1, filed by National Development and Reform Commission. The former Guangdong Yunshan Automobile Factory is one of the designated enterprises for bus production in China, with 620 employees, including 133 engineers. The main products of the enterprise are "Baiyun" large and medium-sized buses, light buses, blood collection vehicles, ambulances, amphibious vehicles and other urban service vehicles, as well as van-type LTL transport vehicles and van-type transport vehicles. 13 varieties have been listed in the national automobile product catalogue.
