It is an important resource base of China Petrochemical's "Gasification Yangtze River Economic Belt", with many development technologies leading the international level. The successful development of this gas field has set a new milestone in the history of energy development in China and started a new journey of energy revolution in China.
I. Mining background
Shale gas refers to unconventional natural gas existing in shale rich in organic matter and its interlayer in adsorbed or free state, which is mainly composed of methane and is a clean and efficient energy and chemical raw material.
After decades of accumulation, the exploration and development technology of shale gas in the United States has made a breakthrough and the output has increased rapidly. In 20 12, the shale gas production in the United States reached 265.3 billion cubic meters, accounting for 37% of its total natural gas production, which greatly improved the country's energy self-sufficiency rate. The international community generally believes that shale gas development is a revolution in the global energy field.
In recent years, China has accelerated the exploration and development of shale gas. China municipal government has conducted two rounds of bidding for shale gas exploration right. According to the "Twelfth Five-Year" development plan of shale gas, China's shale gas production is planned to reach 6.5 billion cubic meters by 20 15. The accelerated development of Fuling shale gas field makes the realization of this goal more clear.
Second, the development progress
According to the data provided by Sinopec, as of 20 14, the average single well test output is 337,000m3/day, with the highest of 550,000m3/day. The rubber industry 1HF well has been producing with a fixed output of 60,000m3/d, and has been producing stably for 480 days. The current output of Well 6-2hf in Jiaoye is 320,000m3/d, and it has been continuously produced for 170 days.
There are two difficulties in the commercial development of shale gas in China: first, it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation standards and technical methods suitable for the geological characteristics of shale gas strata in China; Second, at present, the exploration and development of shale oil and gas in China mainly adopts foreign technologies, tools, materials and equipment, with high technical barriers and high costs.
Sinopec said that it will use reserves of 34 13 billion cubic meters in two phases to promote the implementation of the annual production capacity of Fuling shale gas field/kloc-0.0 billion cubic meters. At the same time, we will continue to intensify exploration and development, further expand the resources of Dingshan and Nanchuan blocks in southeast Sichuan, and continue to consolidate the resource base of shale gas development.
Well area Jiaoye 4- Jiaoye 5, which passed the evaluation in June 20 15, is located in the southwest of well area Jiaoye 1- Jiaoye 3, and both are continuous gas reservoirs. The gas reservoir has a large area and continuous distribution, with an average buried depth of 2885 meters, which is 400 meters higher than other gas reservoirs. It belongs to the middle-deep gas reservoir and has the characteristics of high formation pressure, good natural gas composition, high gas well production and good test production effect. It is a high-quality shale gas field with methane as the main component and no hydrogen sulfide. 62 wells in this well area have completed gas testing, with an average daily production of 303 1 1,000 cubic meters, with a maximum daily production of 480,000 cubic meters and a cumulative gas production of 377 million cubic meters. As of August 3 1 day, all the 142 wells tested in Jiaoshiba block of Fuling shale gas field have obtained medium and high-yield industrial gas flow, with an average daily output of 327,200 cubic meters, with a maximum of 59 1 10,000 cubic meters and a cumulative gas production of 2.5 billion cubic meters. By the end of 20 15 and 10, the daily gas production of Fuling shale gas field has exceeded100000 cubic meters, which can meet the daily gas demand of more than 20 million households.
China Petrochemical Group announced on February 29th, 200015 that Chongqing Fuling shale gas field, the first national shale gas demonstration area in China, has completed the first phase construction target of 5 billion cubic meters/year, and started the second phase construction of 5 billion cubic meters/year, aiming to build an atmospheric field with an annual output of 100 billion cubic meters by 2000/7.
