Article 19 The transfer of land use right refers to the act of land users transferring the land use right again, including sale, exchange and gift. Twentieth transfer of land use rights shall sign a transfer contract.

Article 21 When the land use right is transferred, the rights and obligations specified in the land use right transfer contract and registration documents shall be transferred accordingly.
