Introduction of European Airbus Industry Company

Airbus Industrial Company (hereinafter referred to as Airbus) is an international joint venture company, which was established in 1970 12 18 and registered in France. It is an economic organization with the nature of economic interest group stipulated by French law. At present, the company has four full member companies and two cooperative member companies. The full member companies are: Air France Aerospace, Airbus Industrial Company of the Federal Republic of Germany (a subsidiary of MBB Company), British Aerospace Company and CASA Company of Spain; Their stake in Airbus. It depends on their proportion in the development workload of Airbus transport aircraft, which is 37.9%, 37.9%, 20% and 4.2% respectively.
