Financial leasing companies: such companies are generally established by banks. For example, CMB Leasing and CCB Leasing were established by China Merchants Bank and China Construction Bank respectively. There are no more than 50 companies like China, but they have been established one after another recently, and some of them are established by state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, which are found all over the country. One of the characteristics of these companies is that they generally have higher requirements for customers, larger amounts and lower interest rates.
Foreign-invested financial leasing companies (including wholly foreign-owned and Sino-foreign joint ventures) and domestic-funded (pilot) financial leasing companies, and the CBRC and the Ministry of Commerce are responsible for supervision.
