There are three subsidiaries and five branches, namely: Hubei Gaofa Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., Hubei Gaofa Chudong Expressway Co., Ltd., Hubei Gao Lu Highway Engineering Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd., Gao Kai Jiaoan Greening Branch, Subgrade and Pavement Branch, Bridge and Tunnel Branch, Hubei Traffic Engineering Testing Center and Design Consulting Institute (Pavement Engineering Technology Center).
