Legal analysis: If the company defaults on the wages of the workers and runs away, the workers can apply to the Labor Arbitration Committee for labor arbitration. If they are not satisfied with the arbitration, they can also bring a lawsuit to the people's court. After the court makes a judgment according to law, they can enforce it. The employing unit shall, in accordance with the labor contract and state regulations, pay the laborers' labor remuneration in full and on time. If the employer is in arrears or fails to pay the labor remuneration in full, the employee may apply to the local people's court for a payment order according to law, and the people's court shall issue a payment order according to law. If the person subjected to execution fails to perform the act specified in the judgment, ruling or other legal documents according to the notice of execution, the people's court may enforce it or entrust the relevant unit or other person to complete it, and the expenses shall be borne by the person subjected to execution.
Legal basis: Article 47 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law. Unless otherwise provided for in this Law, the arbitral award is final and takes legal effect as of the date it is made:
(a) labor remuneration, medical expenses for work-related injuries, economic compensation or the amount of compensation not exceeding the local minimum monthly wage 12 months;
(two) disputes arising from the implementation of national labor standards in terms of working hours, rest and vacation, social insurance, etc.
