Chapter IV Labor Relations of Temporary Workers
Article 10 In accordance with the principle of equality, voluntariness and consensus reached by both parties, the company shall sign a labor contract with the personnel to be hired within one month. The conclusion, alteration, termination and dissolution of the labor contract shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and company regulations.
