What certificate is good for software testing?

Software testing can take the following certificates:

I. Software Appraiser (National Soft Testing Certification)

Software assessor examination is an intermediate examination in the national computer technology and software professional technical qualification examination (referred to as computer software qualification examination), and it is a certificate with high recognition in the software testing industry.

The soft test belongs to the national brand test at the professional level. The test questions focus on post knowledge and skills, and are comprehensive, flexible and creative. If you have practical work experience, the pass rate will be higher, and the points involved in the exam are still very wide. Generally speaking, it is still worth taking an exam, and you can also test your own level.

Second, ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Certification)

If you have this certificate, it is generally useful to enter a foreign company. In China, the number of people who take this certificate is still not as large as that of software evaluators, and the cost of taking the full certificate is very high.

As an international software testing engineer certification, ISTQB has high social recognition. More and more multinational companies and companies engaged in outsourcing software testing require software testers to obtain ISTQB certification. Therefore, software engineers who have the intention to apply for a foreign company can take this certificate.

Third, CSTE (Software Testing Certification under QAI)

The full name of CSTE is Certified Software Tester, which is an important certification under QAI(Quality Assurance Institute). Global test certification has become quite popular in the United States, India and so on, and has become one of the requirements of many companies for test practitioners. However, in China, only a few people took this certificate.

CSTE examination mainly involves the basic knowledge and process of testers. English for examination includes four parts, two parts of theory and two parts of practice. All-English test papers will discourage many people who test software. Therefore, besides professional knowledge, candidates are required to have a very high level of English.
