What exclusions are included in Plan B of Pacific Happiness Growth Insurance?

Exemption from Part B of Pacific Happiness Growth Insurance Plan: Pacific Insurance Company shall not be liable for paying insurance benefits if the insured dies or becomes disabled due to one of the following circumstances:

(1) The insured intentionally kills or intentionally hurts the insured; (2) The insured intentionally commits a crime or resists criminal compulsory measures taken according to law; (3) The insured commits suicide, except that the insured commits suicide as a person without civil capacity; (4) The insured is drunk, fighting, actively taking or injecting drugs; (5) The insured is drunk driving, driving without a valid driver's license or driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license; (6) Injuries caused by the insured due to pregnancy (including ectopic pregnancy), abortion and delivery (including cesarean section); (7) Injuries caused by medical accidents and drug allergy of the insured; (8) Accidents caused by mental illness of the insured; (9) The insured does not use drugs according to the doctor's advice, except for using over-the-counter drugs according to the instructions for use; (10) The insured participates in high-risk activities such as diving, skydiving, rock climbing, gliding or paragliding, exploration, wrestling, martial arts competitions, stunts, horse racing and car racing; (1 1) War, military conflict, riot or armed rebellion; (12) Nuclear explosion, nuclear radiation or nuclear pollution.

In case of any of the above circumstances, resulting in the death of the insured, this contract is terminated and Pacific Insurance Company will refund the cash value of the insurance policy. If the insurance premium has been paid, Pacific Insurance Company will not refund the cash value of the insurance policy.
