1994, Zhu graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a doctorate in atmospheric physics. Since then, Zhu has changed his major and got a master's degree in accounting from Dibo University in Chicago in less than a year. After graduation, I worked as a senior accountant in the Chicago area of Andersen accounting firm for one year, and then worked as an investment consultant and senior vice president in Credit Suisse First Boston Company.

Joined CICC from 65438 to 0998, participated in the preparatory work for the initial public offering of China Petroleum, presided over and led the initial public offerings of China Telecom mobile telephone service, China Petrochemical, China Aluminum, China Telecom, China Netcom, China Life Insurance, PICC, Air China, China Shenhua, China Construction Bank and China Coal Group, and participated in and led the research and development of other major industry restructuring projects.
In 2004, he was named "Top Ten Innovative Talents" by China Talent and "One of the 25 Most Influential Business Leaders in Asia in 2004" by Fortune magazine. In 2005, he was awarded the "Outstanding Achievement Award of Asian Banker Investment Bank in 2005" by Asian Banker magazine.
