How to distribute the shares of startup companies?

There are three ways of distribution: the first is called average distribution, which means that all shares are distributed equally, 50% for two people, 33.3% for three people, and so on.

The second is that the individual has the final say, that is, one share dominates. For example, the common ratio is 80% to 20% or 90% to 10%.

The third type, called differentiated distribution of shares, is to optimize the average distribution we just talked about through individual dominance according to their differences.
