Founded in June 1994, it is the first Sino-foreign electric power joint venture company approved by the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is also the first new enterprise in China's electric power industry to set up and implement the project legal person responsibility system in accordance with international practices and modern company system.
2. Jiangsu Sheyanggang Power Generation Co., Ltd ..
Jiangsu Coastal No.1 Thermal Power Plant is located in the center of Nantong and Lianyungang, with the Yellow Sea in the east, Sheyang River in the south and 329 provincial highway in the north. It has convenient land and water transportation, abundant fresh water resources and wide water outlet corridor. It is a million kilowatt power plant planned by the former Ministry of Water and Electricity during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period.
3. Jiangsu Yancheng Power Plant.
Founded in 1958, with a total installed capacity of 334,000 kilowatts and an annual heating capacity of 60 trillion joules, it is directly under Jiangsu Electric Power Company. The factory mainly focuses on electricity, actively expands the external market, and has achieved economies of scale after many times of development, forming a variety of industrial structures such as power installation, machining, leasing, aquaculture and social services.
4. South China Nantong Power Plant.
Located in the western suburb of Nantong, a new port industrial city "the first city in modern China". The planned capacity is 3.2 million kilowatts, which will be built in three phases. In the first stage, two 350,000 kW thermal power units will be installed. The project started from 1986, and 1990 was put into production one after another. The equipment is imported from abroad in complete sets, and the general supplier is American GE Company.
5. Jiangsu Xinhai Power Generation Co., Ltd
Formerly known as Jiangsu Xinhai Power Plant, it is located in the north of Guhaizhou, Lianyungang City, covering an area of 487,600 square meters. It is adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the east, the Rose River in the west, and the Longhai Railway in the north, which is connected with expressway networks such as Nanjing, Qingdao, Xuzhou, Huaiyin and Yancheng. It is a national sophomore thermal power generation enterprise with developed transportation, rich water resources and broad development prospects.
