Does the vehicle insurance company compensate for the earthquake losses?

Legal analysis: the insurance company will not compensate for the loss of vehicles caused by the earthquake. Legal basis: Article 5 of China Ping An Insurance's "Exemption Clause of Auto Insurance Clauses" states that the insurer is not responsible for compensation for losses or economic compensation liabilities caused by any reason: (1) War, military conflict, terrorist activities, riots, seizure, confiscation, seizure and government expropriation; (2) Earthquake.

Article 8 of the exemption clause of PICC auto insurance clause in China states that the insurer is not responsible for compensation for the loss of the insured vehicle for whatever reason: (1) Earthquake, war, military conflict, terrorist activities, riots, seizure, confiscation and government expropriation.
