Legal basis: Article 5 of China Ping An Insurance's "Exemption Clause of Auto Insurance Clauses" states that the insurer is not responsible for compensation for losses or economic compensation liabilities caused by any reason: (1) War, military conflict, terrorist activities, riots, seizure, confiscation, seizure and government expropriation; (2) Earthquake.
Article 8 of the exemption clause of PICC auto insurance clause in China states that the insurer is not responsible for compensation for the loss of the insured vehicle for whatever reason: (1) Earthquake, war, military conflict, terrorist activities, riots, seizure, confiscation and government expropriation.
Article 3 of the relevant exemption clause of China Pacific Auto Insurance Clause states that the insurer is not responsible for the following losses of the insured vehicle; (a) natural wear and tear, corrosion, failure, tire damage alone, glass broken alone, man-made scratches; (2) Other natural disasters other than lightning, rainstorm, heavy rainstorm, flood, tornado and hail.
