Zhangjiakou Shengyuan Dairy Co., Ltd. is located in Chabei Management Zone, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, on the southern edge of Inner Mongolia Plateau, close to 207 national highway, with convenient transportation. The climate here is cool, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the sunshine is abundant, the rain and heat are in the same season, the air is dry, and there are few pests and diseases. It is a unique milk source production base. On the basis of the original scale of Chabei Shengyuan Dairy Co., Ltd., a joint venture with St. George Biotechnology Company of the United States was established to build a production line specializing in the production of infant milk powder. In order to make the enterprise develop better and further improve the market competitiveness of Shengyuan milk powder, a series of asset integration and replacement have been carried out, making Zhangjiakou Shengyuan Dairy Co., Ltd. a foreign-funded enterprise independently operated by St. George Biotechnology Company of the United States. The registered capital of the company is 1 204,800 USD, the whole factory covers an area of 80,000 square meters, the building area is 1 7026 square meters, and there are three existing production workshops. One set of equipment is a complete set of milk powder production line imported from TGE company in France, and the other two sets are domestic advanced milk powder production equipment, with a comprehensive daily processing capacity of 350 tons of fresh milk and an annual output of 22,000 tons of formula milk powder.
