The shareholders of Chongqing Xinyuan Investment Co., Ltd., the organizer of the school, are Sichuan Pan-American Education Investment Group Co., Ltd. (holding 5 1%) and Chongqing Xinmaolong Industrial Co., Ltd. (holding 49%). Now it is changed to Chongqing Zhao Xin Education Technology Group Co., Ltd., so Pan-American Group ignores it.
