The full name of China Power Construction Group is China Power Construction Group Co., Ltd., which was established on September 20 1 1. As a state-owned enterprise, it is a wholly state-owned company funded by the State Council SASAC. The group is formed by the reorganization of the former China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Group Corporation, China Hydropower Engineering Consulting Group Corporation, State Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. The central enterprises are state-owned enterprises directly managed and controlled by the central government, and their operation and management are directly supervised and guided by the central government.
