The second generation single crystal superalloys: DD6 and DD398 (Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials) and DD5 (Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences).
In addition, the properties of rare earth-free alloys developed in China, such as DD99 and DD98, are equivalent to those of the first and second generation single crystals.
Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences invented and provided a nickel-based single crystal superalloy DD- 13 with high strength and thermal corrosion resistance. The alloy consists of the following components in percentage by mass: Cr: 10.0 ~ 15.0%, Co: 8.0 ~ 12.0%, Mo: 0.5 ~ 3. Al: 3.0 ~ 5.0%, Ti: 3.0 ~ 5.0%, C: 0 ~ 0.4%, the rest is Ni, 6.5≤Al+Ti≤9, Al/Ti≤ 1. The alloy not only has excellent thermal corrosion resistance, but also has high high-temperature mechanical properties and good organizational stability. It can be used not only for high-temperature components of gas turbines on the ground and ships, but also for high-temperature components of aerospace and aero-engines.
The Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences has developed and provided a high-strength and corrosion-resistant nickel-based single crystal superalloy M09A. Its chemical components are (by weight): Cr115.0%, co 8.0-9.0%, mo1.8-2.2%, w 3.5-4.4% and ta 5.0. The alloy material has good high-temperature durability, excellent thermal corrosion resistance and stable structure.
The third generation single crystal superalloys: DD9 and DD 10 (Key Laboratory of Advanced High Temperature Structural Materials, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials), DD32, DD33 (Institute of High Temperature Alloys, Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences) and DD90 (Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences).
The fourth generation single crystal superalloy: DD22 alloy is the fourth generation single crystal superalloy with high strength and stable structure, which is characterized by the following chemical compositions: Cr 3-5%, Co 5- 12%, W 6-8%, Mo 0. 1-2% and Re 4. In addition, a domestic fourth-generation single crystal X3 contains 5% rhenium and 3% ruthenium.
The fifth generation rhenium-containing superalloy materials and single crystal turbine blades: Chengdu Yuhang Superalloy Technology Co., Ltd. (parent company is Shaanxi Delian Nonferrous Resources Co., Ltd.) is the first company to announce the fifth generation rhenium-containing superalloy. It is reported that the Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials and the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are also studying the fifth generation of rhenium-containing superalloys, but the specific details have not yet been announced.
