Receipts (except those approved by the tax authorities). White slips and invoices that are not issued according to the specified requirements cannot be used as vouchers for expense reimbursement.

Special circumstances: if you can't get the legal invoice, but only get the receipt (except financial bills) and blank bills, you must replace them with other legal bills provided by the expense reimbursement personnel, and the reimbursement items are the same as the invoice names and items provided.

Paste of original bills: The paste range of small bills such as traffic bills is bounded by the size of the paste sheet, which must be pasted horizontally from right to left near the upper and lower boundaries of the paste sheet, and a certain distance must be left between adjacent bills that are covered and pasted. When there are many bills, they can be pasted in branches, not vertically.
4. Original bills must be pasted according to different categories and amounts, such as transportation tickets, accommodation tickets, hospitality tickets, correspondence tickets, etc., and cannot be mixed.
5. The financial department has the right to return the reimbursement documents that do not meet the above requirements, and ask the reimbursement person to rearrange them. Please submit it once when applying for payment, and again when submitting the reimbursement invoice, and attach the application approval form (copy). When applying for cheque payment, if you get back the invoice voucher in the current month, you don't need to go through the formalities of reimbursement approval.
