As one of the highlights of SASAC reform, the preparatory work of state-owned operating companies is becoming increasingly clear. SASAC is working hard to formulate specific measures to operate and rebuild state-owned capital investment and operation companies. Huang Shuhe, deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, revealed at the press conference held on June 5438+09 that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will select the pilot restructuring of state-owned capital operation companies from central enterprise groups, and in addition, a number of state-owned investment operation companies similar to Guo Xin will be newly established.
On October 20 18,110, the office of the leading group for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the State Council organized a forum for state-owned capital investment and operation companies to make arrangements for further deepening the reform of state-owned capital investment and operation companies. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council will study and formulate two work plans to deepen the pilot reform of capital investment companies and capital operation companies of central enterprises, intensify the reform, delegate authority to one enterprise and one policy, and deepen the pilot expansion of the two types of companies. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council initially considers adding about 10 pilot enterprises, and all localities will further expand the pilot scope in light of the actual situation.
