Brief introduction of BOC International Holdings Limited

BOC International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "BOC International") is a wholly-owned subsidiary investment banking institution of Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Bank of China"). BOC International was incorporated in Hong Kong on July 1998 with a registered capital of 10 billion USD. Its predecessor was China Construction Finance (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., which was established in June 1979.
