The first-,second-and third-tier cities in China are divided according to: political status+economic strength+city size+regional radiation.
First-tier cities:
1, first-line strength: Beijing, Shanghai (political and cultural center, economic center, undisputed).
2, the first line: Guangzhou, Shenzhen (South Guangdong duo, equal strength, recognized as the first line).
3. Quasi-first-line: Tianjin (originally a second-line power, the country has attached great importance to it and developed rapidly in recent years, and has entered the quasi-first-line).
Second-tier and second-tier cities:
1, second-tier strong Nanjing Wuhan Shenyang Xi An Chengdu (both belong to regional central cities).
2. Chongqing (municipality directly under the Central Government).
3. Hangzhou (economically developed, sub-provincial).
4. Qingdao, Dalian and Ningbo (three economically developed cities with separate plans).
