I learned to be a man in the ancient tea forest middle school, smelling tea all my life, making tea all my life, doing my job with all my heart, making tea honestly and practically to repay everything that tea has given me in my life. 1966, 16 years old, I was selected by Donglang commune to hold tea training classes in Mangjing and Jingmai (10,000 mu of ancient tea mountain) to learn tea cutting seedling raising and planting techniques. At that time, Li Guanghua, the old county magistrate, had a good eye and thought that tea must be developed in order to develop the economy of Lancang County. Therefore, 80 or 90 educated youths were transferred from the village to the outside. There are no ready-made houses in Mangjing and Jingmai Ancient Tea Mountain, and there are many boys' partners. I was the only girl in the first batch, and I dare not live alone. The teacher arranged for me to stay in my hometown and live by the fireplace. Although it is full of dust, it is warm, which just makes up for the difficulty of thin quilt. I go out early and come back late every day, and I built a house in the mountains six kilometers away from my residence. Due to some difficult conditions, only more than 30 people can persist in graduation in three months, which cannot be separated from their father's encouragement and enlightenment. My father wrote to enlighten me, "Be a man." At that time, the old county magistrate of Li Guanghua had a long-term plan, that is, to plant new industries in areas without ancient tea, such as Mangjing and Jingmai Village, so that many poor farmers in the old areas of our county could get rid of poverty and become rich as soon as possible, but it was difficult to do it well. After the training course, the Cultural Revolution storm hit Mangjing and Jingmai in Lancang, and the long-term plan turned into waiting and suffering.
From 1968 to 1969, the wind of "one fight against three evils" hit the tea training class. A girl under the age of 20 was falsely accused as a thief and criticized. After the punishment, she hanged herself. I myself have been convicted of defacing Chairman Mao's works because I drew "※※※※※※※※※ ※ on the old chapter of Chairman Mao on the matchbox. At the same time, my father was accused of joining the guerrillas in Li Xiaochun in the early days of liberation. At the age of eighteen, I dare not speak loudly, walk with my head up, wear new clothes and make friends. Even if I get sick, I will be implicated. Others "grasp the revolution", but I am the object of dictatorship. I remember one day it rained all day and the mountain was foggy. I went up the mountain to look for pig grass, and the jackal bit the calf in front of me, still steaming. By 1970, Jingmai tea factory was established on the basis of Nanwengban training class. Although there was no expressway at that time, young men and women in their twenties simply moved the primary tea-making machinery such as diesel engines, louver dryers and kneading machines onto the 10,000-mu ancient tea mountain. "The first batch of mechanically processed tea in Lancang was produced, and the first blue brick of Pu 'er in the 10,000-mu ancient tea garden was processed and waxed by themselves. "quotations from chairman Mao: seize the revolution and promote production" were printed on Lancang brick tea, transported to Huimin supply and marketing cooperative by caravans and sold everywhere.
1975, tea in Lancang county developed rapidly. Jingmai Tea Factory moved to the western suburbs of Lancang County and was named Lancang County Tea Factory. I was elected as the deputy director in charge of production. I built my own straw house with earth walls, and the old factory building was less than 100 square meter. I bought some old machines from Menghai, transformed them myself, and refined the sun-dried Mao tea produced in the county into Sanchun tea. Sold all over the country, 1977 began to process and produce Pu 'er loose tea. 1983, Grade 8 Pu 'er loose tea was awarded the honorary certificate by MOFTEC and won many provincial and municipal awards.
