CICC is a deputy ministerial unit. Its full name is China International Capital Corporation, a Sino-foreign joint venture investment bank. Its largest shareholder is Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd. It is a non-bank financial institution mainly engaged in securities issuance, underwriting, trading, enterprise restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, venture capital, project financing and other businesses, and it is the main financial intermediary in the capital market.
