Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunnan Trust") is a non-bank financial institution approved by the People's Bank of China "Yinfa [2003] No.33" in 2003, which was re-registered by the former Yunnan International Trust and Investment Company after capital increase and restructuring.
