China Petrochemical Hainan Refinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hainan Refinery) is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone in the northwest of Hainan Province. Adjacent to Beibu Gulf, it has natural deep-water harbor and safe haven, and is located on the international shipping artery of Singapore-Hong Kong-Shanghai-Osaka, with superior geographical and shipping conditions. Hainan Refinery enjoys all the preferential policies of bonded port, national development zone and special economic zone.
On June 3rd, 2003, the preparatory group of China Petrochemical Hainan Refinery Project was established. On April 26th, 2004, the foundation stone was laid for Hainan Oil Refining Project. On September 28th, 2006, the one-time trial operation of the device was successful, and the whole process was put into commercial operation.
2. Hainan Nuclear Power Company Limited
Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Project is located in Tangxing Village, Haiwei Town, Changjiang County, Hainan Province, near Beibu Gulf. Hainan Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. is the project owner, and it is jointly funded by China National Nuclear Corporation and China Huaneng Group Corporation. The Yangtze River Nuclear Power Station can accommodate four large nuclear power units, including two 650MWe nuclear power units in the first phase of the project, with a total investment of nearly 654.38+0.9 billion yuan.
The project takes Qinshan Nuclear Power Station Phase II, the first standardized commercial nuclear power station designed and built by China, as a reference power station, and adopts the "second generation improved" pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology, that is, CNP600 pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology independently developed by China National Nuclear Corporation with independent intellectual property rights in China, with a comprehensive localization rate of over 75%.
The first-phase project 1 and unit 2 started on April 25th, 20 10,10, 2 1 year respectively. It is planned to be connected to the grid in 20 14 and 20 15 respectively.
Huaneng Hainan Power Generation Co., Ltd.
Huaneng Hainan Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established by Huaneng Hainan Zhonghai Power Generation Co., Ltd. in June 5438 +2005 10. The total share capital is 887400 102 shares. The controlling shareholder is China Huaneng Group, which has two power plants (Huaneng Haikou Power Plant and Huaneng Nanshan Power Plant).
The total installed capacity is 710.6 million kilowatts, accounting for 43.49% of Hainan's total installed capacity (2× 330 MW environmental protection thermal power generation group is under construction), and it bears about 70% of Hainan power grid. It belongs to China Southern Power Grid and is the main power plant of Hainan power grid.
