How many companies can a person be a legal person?

Legal analysis: One person can be the legal representative of multiple companies, without limitation. The company law only stipulates that a person can only set up a wholly-owned company. In other words, if you have set up a sole proprietorship company, you can't set up a sole proprietorship company, only a joint venture company with more than two shareholders.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the legal representative of the company shall be the chairman, executive director or manager as stipulated in the articles of association, and shall be registered according to law. Where the legal representative of the company changes, it shall go through the registration of change.
